Sakthi does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or professional advice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sakthi cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access to your device or data resulting from a failure to secure your account.
The accuracy of the algorithm’s predictions relies entirely on the accuracy of the data you input. You are solely responsible for the information you submit to the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by global law, Sakthi and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We strive to keep Sakthi operational 24/7; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to pause, update, or discontinue the service for maintenance or structural improvements without prior notice.
